Description

The AppStore №1 and top-rated for your Apple Watch, Sweatcoin app converts your outdoor steps into gadgets, sports and fitness kit, services and experiences. 5 Stars ► “Such a great concept and executed excellently. Gets me walking and rewards me for it too!” by Woo123789 “Basically pays you to move and exercise, and it costs nothing to use.” - Men’s Journal “The easiest way to make some side cash by doing what you already do naturally — walking.” - TheNextWeb “New UK health app Sweatcoin launched in the Apple app store this week and has been an instant hit.” - Forbes “New Apple app launches in Britain that pays people to get fit” - Reuters “The app that PAYS you to get fit: Sweatcoin rewards people for the number of steps they make every day” - Daily Mail “If ever you’ve needed an incentive to exercise, a new app could give you a much-needed boost to get active.” - Telegraph Sweatcoin converts your steps into currency units called, as you might have guessed it, sweatcoins. You can then spend them on goods, services and experiences on our market place with our partners or exchange them with your friends and family for whatever you fancy. The fitter and healthier you become the wealthier you get. Movement has value! And remember that continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. Sweatcoin uses your HealthKit step history data to continuously improve our algorithms and provide you with better offers at the right time.

It’s good but I I want it to pay for the full thing and not just gift card and I like when you get more than one

Why are there literally only 12 items to choose from. You would think there’d be more interesting items, something people actually want but nope. Not at all.

Worked well until last two updates ago now in the “store” it won’t load so I can spend my sweatcoins still tracks my steps and adds how much I’ve made everything else works but the “store” 🙄
  • Force close notification

I get that you lose steps if you force close, but I’m not losing steps while I sleep. Please don’t send me notifications at night to reopen the app. Instead, why don’t you have it set to send you one in the morning to remind you to reopen it?
  • Cool app but...

ITS A PAIN TO HAVE IT RUNNING IN THE BACKGROUND ALL THE TIME! If there is was enough technology for the app to be able to use other accessories that weren’t specifically made for the app usage, then no matter how much it was “engineered to be battery efficient” it should be able to count my steps regardless (and not send me dumb notifications when I close it out, or take forever to reopen because it has to type out a stupid message every time).
  • Not uploading steps from watch to phone

I’ve tried running with this app on my Apple Watch 3. First, the display only has two place values for mileage and it seems to round up, leaving me a little uncertain of my distance during long runs. The app does not map my route or provide lap splits or heart rate, making it less than ideal for workouts, but it also ties up the gps function so other fitness tracking apps won’t run simultaneously. Finally, it is hit or miss on actually delivering the steps I earn on runs to the app on my phone. I love the iPhone app, but the watch app needs a lot of work.
  • Small Item Selection

There needs to be a bigger selection of what you can buy with the coins you earn. Most of the things you can get aren’t even useful. It’s a cool app, I like the idea but the selections aren’t as good as it could be
  • Love it

I love that it pays you for walking. I haven’t ordered anything from it, but it definitely motivates me to be more active

I was very satisfied until now. Lately it has been giving me less coins than I typically earned. For example yesterday I walked 3,000 almost 4,000 steps and it says that for every 1,000 steps you get 1 Sweatcoin. However, yesterday I earned 0.4 Sweatcoins...This is sooo annoying considering that fact that I like getting extra steps in for the app because it motivates me but it’s been very inaccurate lately. I recommend you not to download this app you should do Bitcoins instead or try other apps.
