    I just downloaded the app and first it wont let me edit the address I gave it, I’m trying to add my home address also in addition to my work address and it doesn’t come up in their suggested prepopulated addresses and therefore it won’t add my home address. Now it doesn’t matter what restaurant I pick, when I go to the menus and try n pick something it never loads n I can’t place an order?? So say u pick entrees, It just has a greyed out screen and nothing ever loads. It doesn’t matter what restaurant and what I pick it never loads once I select a food item. So I am not impressed as they obviously have tech issues going on.

    Ordered McDonald’s late on a Friday for a kickback. After our fairly large order, I texted the driver the sauces we wanted (don’t remember if app didn’t have that automatically built in or some other reason). ETA was 45-50 minutes later, which was understandable. However, the entire time we waited and looked forward to our meals, the ETA remained the same but the driver’s location remained at the restaurant. We assumed it was just a glitch but right when our “delivery” was upon us, the whole app just froze. After relaunching, it showed no past orders or any traces of activity. After contacting customer service, a different rep keeps emailing me a template response stating they could not reach me even though I never received a call or sincere email. One of the worst customer services I’ve ever experienced. tl;dr: Crappy app caused us to waste our time waiting and starving without any notification that there was an issue. Horrible, automated customer service.

    Don’t be romanced by their fabulous selection of restaurants and promise of quick delivery. I can’t tell you how many times I have waited an hour only to get an email saying my order has been canceled.

    We have used Door dash every week for the past 2 month and there has been a mistake in EVERY SINGLE ORDER. Why do we keep using them you ask? I keep looking for other services that cover the restaurants and menus and haven’t found them yet. I will leave in a heartbeat. I’ve been told by a restaurant that Door Dash calls in your order over the phone!!!. They can’t be bothered to get it right. Their service is terrible.

    I have been on the app for 3 years now - in the start I was a huge advocate but the little goof ups that seemed like growing issues at the start never really got fixed. 80% of my orders have had the wrong item delivered - 90% have take more than an hour to deliver something I could have picked up in 15 minutes. Billing issues keep occurring (app shows a certain amount and they charge a higher amount on the card), the offers they send never get redeemed painlessly. The worst part is that customer service folks on chat are always useless not because of lack of courtesy or not wanting to help - they never have the authority to fix things. You always have to email support wait for responses which are usually not detailed enough and hardly ever positive. As a consultant ordering for the team I have had to keep going back to this platform due to the restaurant network - but after keeping my patience over 3 years and multiple orders am finally deleting this app and unsubscribing from all forms of communication.

    I had credits on my account that didn’t apply to my order. So I spoke with Brayan A from customer service, basically they couldn’t find the credits and asked how I got it. I mentioned a referral from Facebook, and was told to screenshot it. Didn’t even provide me with a way to send it to them. So I wasn’t sure how I was supposed to go about finding if I did. I had to run out and take care of something. Prior to talking to an agent I attempted to cancel my order. I wasn’t able to. And the agent couldn’t cancel my order. So I’m running late waiting for my food to arrive. No other solutions or asked if I needed further help. Very disappointed. Will not be dealing with them anymore

    They confirmed the order, two drivers had to pick up than an hour later someone called and indicated restaurant doesn’t make to go orders. After they processed the refund, which I hope will post I continue to see the app telling me that Food is on its way. I would never use this ever again and don’t recommend you to either!

    They never knocked on my door just called & left. And my compensation was $10 Credit although customer service accept d blame, as if I would ever order from this app again. Deleting it now. There’s so many other great apps like eat 24, post mates, grub hub etc.
