  • Used to be a fantastic App — BUT !!

    By ViaVon
I've been using this app for about 5-6 years now and loved it ... BUT ... the developer has not kept it updated to current iOS updates, as you can tell by its last update report log. This creates issues as you can no doubt expect. I’ve emailed support so many times but have gotten no response. Because of this, I cannot recommend the app to new customers.
  • Great App!

I’ve been using this app for several years & love it to keep track of the carbs I’m eating & how my blood sugar is running. One thing that would be awesome, is to add a barcode scanner to enter food items & their nutritional facts!!!!!
  • Was a great app but now

I used to love this app but now it’s a big pain to log info. Instead of the “log” now I get FAQ and it only goes away when I log a different item. Then have to go back and RE-enter the first item where FAQ goes away and I get the log (upper right). PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE FIX THIS!

Great app but can no longer sync between devices as you get a "Cannot connect to server" error. ***paid for sync renewal but app still asks for payment*** Wrote twice from app support page in November 2014, but no response :( My daughter is autistic (nonverbal) & Type 1 diabetic and with this program I can moniter her diabetes from a distance. The ability to sync between devices (a paid add-on) is a godsend! Unlimited devices I may add. The ability to e-mail the logbook to her doctor to discuss what's going on is in valuable. I've tried them ALL and this is simply the BEST app for the job.
  • Do not use or buy!

Update March2017: Started using Lite version App to continue to track T1D. Still a great App but upgrade version still does not work. No support, no response and can't login to paid version. Update Jan2017 Does not work with iphone7 or IOS 10. No response or support from developer for over a year. We liked the app until it stopped working. Update. Jan2016 no response from developer. We purchased upgrade and now nothing works. Apple refunded. But had a year of data we need back. Last revision Oct2014. Sept2015. Has everything you need and customizable. Reporting is great also. Have suggested a few features, that would increase the value. Thank you for the App.
  • Does what I need

I have type two diabetes and I just need to track what my number is each day and be able to share it. Not using it for food so I can't rate it on that function

It would be helpful if you can do UPC scan for food like MyFitnessPal
  • Just good enough

Pros -I tried multiple similar apps and found this to be the most intuitive. Cons -The food database is inadequate. I use Fat Secret (app) side by side when unable to find common products from supermarket chains. This database would seem to infer that diabetics eat out at restaurants a lot. -Email Log feature now produces a PDF file, from which data cannot be copy/pasted into Excel in a format acceptable to physicians, insurance companies, et al. The free version of this app produces a tab-delimited file, which can be imported into Excel. The data can then be copy/pasted into an acceptable format. -Unlike other apps, this one lacks the ability to scan UPC codes to upload nutrition data to your local food database. Guys, buy Plug-Ins magazine and license the feature like everybody else.
  • Excellent app!

Helps keep me on track. The only thing I wish it had is a bar code reader, incorporated, to make it quicker & easier to add some elements. But, overall, this app is wonderful! Thanks!

There have been no updates in 2 years. Has this app been abandoned?
