  • Fails in most important feature

    By Bub302
The most important feature is ability to pause internet at certain time for parental controls. BIG FAIL. multiple times it has cutoff at wrong time for one of my children and not cutoff at all other times. I have no real use for it.
  • Waste of money & time

Couldn’t discover our devices. Customer support couldn’t help.
  • Would be good if....

Would be good if the schedule worked. It doesn't on a regular basis. When it does I am pleasantly surprised. Also not convenient to just block usage completely like Our Pact does. Save the $5 a month.
  • Circle

    By PaPa24613
The circle is fantastic! We have more information on what our children are doing than ever before. A great tool for parents to know where and how much children are on the screen. I would recommend this to every parent.
  • Missing Time limits feature

    By DJ Damage
You should be able to set a time limit of 0. For example 0 minutes of netflix during the weekdays and 6 hours on the weekends. The minimum currently is 15mins, make the minimum 0. Thank you.
  • NETGEAR night hawk R7000

    By Mr.DysAn
The new patch is no longer communicating to my router. Before the current patch it was doing just fine. Later.... Reboot after reboot to just a power cycle the router. Everything came back as it should. We still use circle for all kids that enter our home. The circle (free) does what we need. Tyvm
  • Absolutely dissatisfied.

Never again would i get this product. It was a complete waste of money. My children hate me so much and wont even speak to me. It seemed appealing at first, knowing I would have complete control of what my kids were doing, but know I now that you don’t need that. I have realized that your children need at least a little tiny bit of privacy. I understand buying this product if you know your children are naughty and just want to see what they are doing, but getting this when you know you’re children are good, is useless. Actually one of my children ran away from our home one night because it was too much. I now understand why. Let your kids be kids. Trust them. You dont need to waste $100 on an app to see that your kids are a wonder.
  • Works fine most of the time

    By DemonicPrince
This is a great concept. Unfortunately, if you remove a device thats not supposed to be there it can just reconnect without resistance. I understand that this app isn’t designed to monitor and block traffic... but if it allows you to add and remove users, it should have some capabilities with it.
  • Circle Go should be installed under restrictions

    By DaddyCHS
Circle go is a useless feature unless you can prevent kids from turning it off. Work with Apple to make that happen. Concerned parent FYI having Circle GO locked down in the restrictions area of the iPhone should not prevent the notifications from being turned off. Even if it did, it wouldn’t matter as kids could never turn it off. Which is what parents want. Minimally it should a. Install option. If you guys want to expand the user base you would consider this.
  • Disappointing for a $100 device

    By Radio Recording Guy9
Great idea, just doesn’t work well. —difficult to set up. Troubleshooting on website is quite limited. —I am an admin, and the app sporadically blocks me even when my icon showed not paused. —My wife is able to control kids’ access but I am not. —don’t not fully show the websites visited by my teen, just says “” repeatedly.
